How it works
Simple to book. Handled from door to door.
Tell us what you'd like to do, and we'll take care of the rest: the plan, the tickets, the driving and the guiding.

Booking
Four steps to your day.
01
Send a request
Pick a tour or describe your ideal day. Tell us your dates, group size, where you're staying and anything we should plan around: kids, mobility, dietary needs or a special occasion. There's nothing to pay at this stage.
02
We confirm your plan
We reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and walk you through the plan, tailored to the season and the forecast. We book any tickets you want at cost.
03
Lock it in
Once you're happy with the plan, we send payment details to confirm your booking. Plans can still flex on the day.
04
Get picked up
Your guide meets you at your door in a private Tesla with water, snacks, basic hiking gear and a full safety kit, and brings you home at the end of the day.
Every trip includes
The whole day, handled.
Your guide drives, plans and outfits the day. You bring good shoes.
01
Door-to-door pickup
From your hotel or home in Vancouver or the North Shore. Elsewhere on request.
02
A private Tesla
Just your group, up to four guests. Quiet, comfortable and all-electric.
03
Driver and guide in one
Local knowledge, stories and the right stops, without a coach or a script.
04
Snacks and water
Cold water and snacks on board, all day.
05
Basic hiking kit
Daypacks, poles and rain layers for the trails. Bring your own shoes.
06
First aid and safety
A full first aid kit, emergency gear and a weather plan for every route.
Not included
- Admission tickets and activities (we book them ahead at cost)
- Meals, unless the tour says otherwise
- Gratuity (always optional)
Pricing
Clear, upfront pricing.
- Per group, not per person: one price covers up to 4 guests. The food tour is the exception, priced per person because the food is included.
- Tickets at cost: admissions are listed on each tour at the attraction's own price, and we book them ahead for you.
- Custom days: $145 an hour for your group with a 3-hour minimum, or a fixed quote for full days and multi-day trips.
- Nothing to pay until your plan is confirmed. Gratuity is always optional.
Safety and weather
Planned for the conditions.
- Routes are planned around the forecast, daylight and road conditions, including winter driving on the Sea to Sky.
- Every trip carries a full first aid kit and emergency gear.
- Hikes are matched to your group's fitness and footwear. We always choose the safe call over the scenic one.
- If the weather turns, we adapt the plan or move your day. If conditions aren't safe, we reschedule.
- Views, wildlife and open roads aren't ours to promise. When cloud sits on the peaks or the highway closes, we change the plan, and we tell you before you pay for a ticket.
What to bring
Pack light. We have the rest.
- Comfortable shoes you can walk a trail in
- Layers and a rain jacket, whatever the season
- Sunglasses and sunscreen, even in winter
- Any medication you need during the day
- ID if you're stopping at a bar or spa (19+ in BC)
- A camera, or a well-charged phone
FAQ
Good questions.
How many people can come?
Up to four guests. Every tour is private, so it's only ever your group and your guide. Travelling with more people? Ask us and we'll suggest options.
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in Vancouver or on the North Shore: hotels, homes, rentals and the cruise terminal at Canada Place. Burnaby, Richmond and the airport on request.
How does pricing work?
Prices are per group, not per person (the food tour is the exception), so a full car is great value. Admission tickets are extra and listed on each tour at the attraction's own price. We can book them ahead for you at cost.
How do I book and pay?
Send a request with your dates and group size. There's nothing to pay at that point. We confirm availability and the plan, then send you payment details.
Can we change the plan on the day?
Yes. It's your day: skip a stop, linger somewhere, or add a detour. Your guide will tell you honestly what fits in the time.
What if the weather is bad?
Weather changes fast here, especially in the mountains. We watch the forecast and will suggest a better day or a rain plan. If conditions aren't safe, we reschedule.
Can we bring kids?
Absolutely. Tell us their ages when you book so the right car seats or boosters are sorted out before pickup.
What about mobility needs?
Many of the best stops are short, flat walks. Let us know what works for your group and we'll plan the day around it.
Do you take people climbing or onto glaciers?
No. We're driver-guides: we drive, plan the day and walk marked trails with you. Climbing, glacier travel and backcountry skiing are for certified mountain guides, and we're happy to point you to one.
Ready when you are.
Tell us your dates and what you're into. We'll come back with a plan.
